Roedd y blodyn hwn ar agor yn yr oriau man y bore, ond pan ddaeth y tymheredd yn boeth caeodd y blodyn. Dydw i ddim yn siŵr os mae'n normal, ond rydw i'n gwybod sut mae'n teimlo.

Gyda llaw, mae mwy nag un gair i ddefnyddio i gyfieithu’r Saesneg 'passion'. Fel arfer mae'n 'angerdd' (passion, ardour, fervour, vehemence, fierceness, anger, wrath; force, strength, power). Ond gyda'r blodyn, maen 'dioddefaint' (suffering; the passion of Christ; long-suffering, endurance) oherwydd mae'r blodyn yn symbolaidd o 'dioddefaint Crist'.

This flower was open in the early hours of the morning, but when the temperature became hot the flower closed. I'm not sure if it's normal, but I know how it feels.

By the way, there is more than one word to use to translate the English 'passion'. It is usually 'angerdd' (passion, ardor, fervour, vehemence, fierceness, anger, wrath; force, strength, power). But with the flower, it is 'dioddefaint' (the passion of Christ; long-suffering, endurance) because the flower is symbolic of 'the Passion of Christ'.
