badge engineering

Superb Kind Of Dream Machine. Thats is what my Spanish pen friend of long ago called the Skoda. Today it is all VW except for the badge.
I remember a lot of the old Skoda jokes too. We have owned one since the 70'S when my dad gave us his when he stopped driving.
Back then it won its class for 21 years running in the RAC rally.
