Rejuvenated veg beds

We have been having some work done on the garden, including a complete rejuvenation of the veg beds. There won’t be much growing this year, but just wait until next year. While all this was going on I had been out with friend R. She took me wild swimming at Kirkby Lonsdale. There were lots of people going for a swim and after my swim I chatted while I waited for R to finish her swim.
After that we returned to Sedbergh where we had lunch at the church before to lunchtime music performance. Some excellent performances from students at Sedbergh School.
