Orchid Oncostele Catatante

As I had to carefully remove the orchids from their home in the porch to water them thoroughly, I took the opportunity to try and get a better image of this one than the one taken a few days ago. Somewhat astonishingly the were 20 flowers on each of the 2 stems. A thoroughly wet and dreary afternoon with blustery winds, ideal for indoor and domestic jobs but not so good for those attending the Glastonbury festival.
