PLUMERIA, also AKA FRANGIPANI

On Tuesday, I posted this plant with just leaves & flower buds, along 
with an identification  challenge.  Only  Blipper, Anemone knew the answer.
It is PLUMERIA, sometimes called FRANGIPANI.

My Blip today shows what those tiny buds look like in full bloom.
This is my neighbors plant, while mine may be a different color, the flowers will be similar.
