It was the first time Emma had been parkrun RD at Maldon

She has taken on the role in Paris but the number of runners then was much smaller.  

She did great.

It was Pacer week. The slowest had ran 5.miles the previous evening and.came in 30 seconds under the 38 minute .target.  I'm still well over 40
