Rose

A rose from the obscene bunch of flowers RBS sent me by way of an apology for the abysmal customer service I suffered a few weeks ago. Roses, lilies, eucalyptus...

Ironically, the flowers arrived the same day as the letter telling me that they will now charge me for using my arranged overdraft.

Maybe if they didn't have to keep buying people flowers they wouldn't have to employ additional charges...

Just sayin'
