Too many to choose from today. This is at the edge of Thingvellir national park heading towards the site of the ancient parliament (established 930). We travelled the so-called Golden Circle and saw geysers (Strokkur), hot pools, volcanic rock, a stunning waterfall at Gulfoss and finished the day with a slap up meal at the most excellent Grillmarkadurinn (Grill Market) restaurant in Reykjavik.
