Caper spurge - Euphorbia lathyris

Found this plant in my daughters garden, she thought I had planted it!
We looked it up all parts are poisonous. Goats can eat it and are immune. However the toxin can pass into the goats milk.
The milky sap is a skin irritant.
We put it in the bin!
