Little veg library

Another pleasant summery day with a breeze.  We visited the vegetable library at Chapel Allerton Park, the blip shows Alison putting basil, sage and oregano plants in the rickety closet.  On our way there we enjoyed the live music outside The Regent PH where people were seated out on the street as part of The Big Lunch event.  There was also a small gathering picnicking in the park.  On our way home we stopped off at The Mustard Pot PH for a drink, here another party celebration (first Birthday) was under way.  It certainly  was lovely weather for outdoor events.
