Tasting my efforts

Dinner tonight was new potatoes (in the ground until a couple of hours before being cooked), spinach (still growing until a couple of hours before being cooked) and pan fried Sea Bass (half price from a freezer shop).

So, as fresh as it could be apart from the fish which was frozen.
