Anticipation

It felt like an autumnal day with strong winds and showers, and the occasional blink of sunshine just to tease us.
One of the cacti in the sunroom has buds developing so should be flowering before too long. I do think it strange that fleshy plants such as cacti can develop flowers out of a spiky surface.
