Grey....?

... Wagtail. Yes, another one, but they are a lovely bird and relatively common along our city rivers and streams. Today I went on one of the Stepping Out walks because I was keen to look at an open space in the City, which I had never visited, in the company of someone who knows the area very well. There was a real feel of Spring in the air and it was a lovely walk. Butterflies are definitely on the wing; we saw a couple of peacocks today. Right at the end of the walk, in a small Sheffield Wildlife Trust reserve, we spotted a pair of grey wagtails feeding in the stream. Although they are much more common than the yellow wagtail, I think they are a more attractive and endearing bird.
