Noisy

Carnaby’s Black Cockatoo is only found in the south-west of Western Australia. It is classed as an endangered species. Today we saw a flock of several hundred on the outskirts of Jurien Bay, north of Perth. Hopefully, they may be becoming less threatened. They are a noisy and excitable bird, like most cockatoos.  This webpage has more information, and a link to the raucous call of the Carnaby.
