Tacos
Pork tacos, and mixed veggies (zucchini, corn, and bell pepper). Wine: Andrew Murray Espérance 2018.
I had originally planned on pork chops tonight, but at the last minute I decided to grind them up and make tacos instead. The wine is a favorite California GSM.
