Across the Dam

My cousin Stephen (whom we had travelled north to visit) has this wonderful 20 acre property just outside of Lismore, in a place called Rock Valley. The floods came here too but because the property is on high ground, it escaped inundation. Here we were relaxing over some wine on Steve's  generous verandah, overlooking the dam at sunset. It had been a gorgeous day and there was not a breath of wind. 

Aside from a crop, this image is quite SOOC.
