Church House Chester 1565

This morning after a walk to a local store I walked on and took the Blip of Church House Tarvin, Chester then chatting to the friend we are staying with said it was owned by a friend of his so after a phone call we went for a tour.
The house was build in 1565 and attached to buildings which were part of the farmhouse and the building was a show of wealth back in the day.
It is a Grade II Listed Building so any work on the property has to be approved by them, after laying empty and in a poor state for ten years the local building restoration group bought the house and restored the building but the current owner who bought it in 1991 restored the interior.
Quite a stunning building with huge history.
