Backblip

I was in the kitchen today and something in the conservatory caught my eye. At first I thought something had fallen on my cactus but when I went out to look I discovered this rather large flower growing from my miniature cactus garden! It has never given the hint of wanting to flower and this looks rather oversized and out of proportion. It's all happened while I have been away. 

Anyone know anything about cacti?
