Cottage

Went up,yo,the bakers this morning and as there were some road repairs going on I had to walk a different route and came upon this recently painted cottage. First time I have seen it this colour not really traditional and a bit bright for me, what do you think?
After that I want for a walk then when I got home I cut the bit of grass that is left to grow like a little meadow it was pretty hard with the ordinary rotor mower.
We have a few spring flowering shrubs in that area that are a bit overgrown so I cut them back then cut all the bits up small and filled Debs green bin. Quite a job fairly knackered now.
Been cloudy most of the day and a few spots of rain cooler today
