Never thought I’d need to post a blip like this. Usually I can manage the garden if nothing else.

I don’t have a cold or the flu but woke with a headache. Moving made it worse. Two ibuprofen at 7 o’clock didn’t ease it so instead of my mid morning brew I had this paracetamol drink. It worked. I was still very tired all day and alternated between naps on the sofa and Wimbledon on tv. I was awake for my afternoon grocery delivery.

Posted a day late and pleased to say I’m now feeling fine.
