Another Dutch Flatiron

Here another example of a Flatiron building in Amsterdam at the Westerdokseiland.
It is one of the 4 parts of the project Westerdokseiland.
Here Amsterdam has put down its strongest piece of dense urban development in history. With 175 to 300 dwellings per hectare is this project on the banks of the river IJ probably the most densely urban part of the Netherlands.

This building, designed by the Belgian architect Bob van Reeth, is at the point of the plot.
At a particular point of view it looks like the Flatiron Building in New York, as if there is only a facade, without a building behind it.
