Torre Abbey gardens

Tuesday 
A dull day. We took mum and her friend Josie over to Torquay for a visit to Torre Abbey - an interesting historical building dating from 1196, with lovely gardens. Coffee and snack, then back to Bovey. 
Dennis and I took a drive up to Haytor later, but the rain had come on so we just admired it from the car.
A quick dash across to the Dolphin for dinner - very handy for our accommodation.
