Gray Catbird

So very true,

"...But a few raisins give him the greatest delight."
Mary Oliver

A line in the poem Catbird by Mary Oliver, a favorite American poet written about a favorite backyard bird.

For the Record,
This day came in sunny and warm. A lovely day to end the month of June.
That said, the cultish, conservative zealots on the Supreme Court have now limited the EPA's power to combat climate change. A huge loss for Planet Earth and inhabitants. Stepping off the yet another soap box this week as my heart sinks.
A more historic note, Ketanji Brown Jackson was sworn in as the first Black woman to serve on the Supreme Court in 233 years, filling retiring Justice Breyer's seat.

All hands begging for Peace
