Catching the Sunshine

After a frost we had a lovely sunny day. It is really cold. We had a fresh snow fall on the mountains overnight the looked amazing driving home from the pool, this morning.  Wish I could have taken a photo of them, but you can't stop on the motorway and that is the only place you get a good view of them.

I had my exercises at the pool first thing followed by the Physio. I asked for some more exercises to do home as I have been doing the ones I had, for sometime now.

I may not be able to comment much today as I came down with a Migraine just before going to bed last night and still not feeling great today.
