The Lozarithm Lens

Flower Friday (Friday 1st July 2022)

I mentioned recently that one of the Woodland Garden wildflowers, love-in-a-mist (Nigella damascena), hadn't appeared this year, and in fact on Wednesday we spread some seeds of it in the area where it had previously appeared, but noticed one flower had in fact just sprung up nearby, growing in the gravelled gaps between patio stones.

Today I photographed a few garden wildflowers, including the vivacious fox and cubs and some cat's ears. Both of these are to be found in the middle of the driveway although my Extra was actually taken of flowers in a front yard pot, and the cat's ears were on the pavement a couple of houses away beside the A4.

With thanks to BikerBear for Flower Friday.
