Day 183/22. 'The Upper Class at Bay'.

A visit to Salisbury today to show our grandsons the Magna Carta. But a chance to visit the current Grayson Perry exhibition in the cathedral.
'The Vanity of Small Differences' is a collection of 6 large detailed tapestries by Grayson Perry including the first seen here (and in extra image)  'The Upper Class at Bay'.
A line from the notes of this one '....they watch the old aristocratic stag with its battered tweed being hunted down by the dogs of tax, social change, upkeep and fuel bills.'
They are incredibly detailed with many small messages in them.
Recommended if you like Grayson Perry. Probably not if you don't  :)
