Limestone pavement walk

Here is the caterpillar of the Mullein moth feeding on - you guessed it -a Mullein. And as a bonus a little ant which I did not see until I downloaded the shot.
This morning’s walk was on the wonderful limestone pavement in the Gait Barrows National Nature Reserve. Two extras give a glimpse of its special landscape.
One shows Harts Tongue Fern and Wood Sage flourishing in a gryke and the other is of a section which I found attractive.
