Interesting Number Plates

Today I'm in London, and specifically at this moment, stationary in traffic on the M25. Two flat-bed loaders are travelling together and I have allowed this one to come in front of me so that I can take this picture. They both have number plates beginning with RD18: then this one has RON, whilst the other one is REG. No connection to the Kray twins I'm sure.
