Fireworks on our lake

Happy 4th of July to everyone who celebrates today.  We thought about going to the parade in town, but the heat index was already too high, so we opted for time on our lake instead!
It was perfect this morning...so quiet after people had partied hard last night.  We were actually watching the fireworks across the lake from our bedroom window!  Those partiers must have been sleeping in, because we were the only boat out there.
It was so peaceful that even the dragons felt comfortable enjoying a little together time!
