Splash of colour

Pilates this morning and thankful that Annie the instructor built in some deep stretches for the Piriformis. It seems to tighten up overnight. Thank you for the good wishes.

A trip out to Dalby. It was quieter than usual on a Wednesday but we were not complaining. just as we turned back towards the car noticed this Tortoiseshell in the undergrowth. Difficult to get a clear shot with all the grass surrounding it.
