Friendly?

I spotted this on my walk to drop off cake to friends who have Covid. It wasn’t until I checked the photo that I realised there had been an adjustment to the word ‘rubbish’!!! This skip was in the grounds of a rather nicely reburbished hotel. It was old and run down but has now been converted to some rather attractive apartments. The language was a bit ripe originally but is now more refined and fitting for its environment, if not overly friendly!
