Failte

A gorgeous day and in the evening I went over to the north side to pick up Veronica and Steve who had finally made it here from France after a rather nasty scare at the weekend when Steve had an infected tick bite and it didn't look certain that they would be able to come. They're  walking the Sheep's Head Way and had just completed the first leg. Hopefully they will have a less less dramatic than the last time Veronica came over! We had supper and managed a yomp down to Kitchen Cove between courses. Just look at the weather! They should stagger back to us on Sunday.
After I dropped them back at their B&B there was an amazing sunset going on.
