Out of the Shadows

Didn’t go on my early walk as l was glued to the TV.
Eventually went out in the midday sun but wore a hat and chose the shadiest route.
Heard the PM resign on my EarPods as l walked, not one word of apology.
I will never forgive him for what he did to me and my family when he was partying while we held Mr P’s funeral.
Got home to find l had won £150 on the premium bonds.
Then l really enjoyed both of the ladies semi finals at Wimbledon .
So a good day all round.
