Today I woke still with pain... But the pain killers worked and I felt reasonably OK, aside from a couple of times feeling I was outside my body. Weird!

I found Satan's Little Helper snoozing in the field. He was sparko. Maybe he caught my bug. 

Gorgeous accompanied me on dog walking duty.
