In the shale back blip

Heading up the ridge to the farm you can find Fire Pink growing in the shale. The road is dirt and bedrock and sometimes a little gravel. It is 2 miles long and winds around the ridge. It is home to many beautiful wildflowers, hawks, deer, chipmunks, bob cats, bear, coyote, fox, and many other birds and animals. You always see amazing sights on the last leg to the farm!
