The Queensferry Crossing

It was very overcast in Glasgow this morning and there was even the slightest suggestion of rain.

In the afternoon, after Fouter and all that a dog needs for a week, had arrived we set off for Elie.

The traffic was fine until we neared the bridge and everything slows to snail’s pace even coming to a standstill at times. The weather improved with every mile and by the time we were crossing the bridge the temperature had risen to 24° and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky.

I only managed a phone photo because the traffic came to a halt. Once across the bridge the queuing traffic just seems to disappear and we continued without further holdups through to Elie.
