Reminiscing

At prize giving one year In the 1950's I remember singing a song from the radio programme "Singing together" about a wild rose . Miss Anderson was the P5 teacher in Rothesay Academy and she conducted the primary choir which performed at  Prize giving in the Pavilion. I saw this in the hedgerow in Dingwall today and the words of the song came back . 
'Once a boy a wild rose spied, In the hedgerow growing.'
I am sure many will remember the programme  as  it lasted for many years.
