Black cheese, leek and aubergine tart

Mostly free food from the food hub. Black cheese has charcoal in it, tastes normal and looks unusual on this tart.

Hauled a ton of gravel given for free locally, to fill a gap in my garden. Was energetic but not too hard work, I just need a shower now!
