Splash!

Went in to town today and took the camera for a walk and headed down to City Quay. A foot bridge connects the shopping centre on the north side with a housing development to the south. Clearly, the council want this to be a "pedestrian walkway". Cyclists are not allowed across the bridge and as the sign states, they have to dismount. What is not too clear is whether they are supposed to get off their bikes - or off the pedestrian walkway!
