1631 - Small Heath

The morning dog walk was up at the North Third.  It was fairly cool when we set out but was getting hot as we got near the end and Aonghus was struggling a bit.

However, he enjoyed sniffing about the long grass when I stopped to get some butterfly shots - which is no easy task when you have a dog with you!!!  

A couple of extras - a couple of Ringlets, one with faded rings and a Meadow Brown.

I started to feel under the weather about midday and ended up going for a snooze - then slept most of the afternoon which is just so unlike me.  I just had no energy whatsoever and could not keep my eyes open.  Did a LFT but was negative.  Feeling better now and hope I sleep tonight!
