Potentially painful

This surfer put themself in a potentially painful position. I choose this photo from a couple of weeks ago as I am in high level pain today and will need to mostly remain horizontal with extra pain relief onboard, as a result of overdoing it (time wise) yesterday while cutting back some shrubs (not an "activity" recommended with my neck/spinal issue from snowboarding).
