Up before the lark

and a drive to Kingsbury water park in north Warwickshire for the ParkRun. Managed 9th place out of 233 with a short 21 minute dash comprising of two laps around the twisting trails surrounding the disused gravel pits.
A good friends wedding ceremony at Midday followed by much celebration and catching up with everyone there.
A late night nearly drifting into morning.
