Number 4

First night with our pizza oven & I’m still hungry:-)
No.1 was a garlic focaccia & reasonably successful
No.2 got stuck enroute to the stone so came out as mush
No.3 was probably the best but a bit burnt and this was no. 4. It was ok but needed to be thinner.
My brother visiting this coming weekend so pressure on to get the method /recipe sorted . We will try again on Tuesday.
