FRILLED NECK LIZARD WITH SQUARES

This Frilled Neck Lizard sculpture is the size of a truck and situated in South Perth. Coloured version in extras.

In the wild these lizards have a yellow mouth and an expanding frill around their neck. The combination of a gaping yellow mouth and an expanded frill are an imposing sight for any predator.
They grow to 90cm.
They can also run at speed on two legs when they have to.

Thanks to Laurie for hosting Mono Monday. Btw there are squares in the background.
