An adjustment nightmare

Today in class we learned how to do a convergence adjustment. This is what you have to adjust to get all the 3 main colors, red green and blue to line up and hit the same spot on a movie screen. It's easy in a small class room but you need a telescope to see in a theater because the screen is so far away. An adjustment to avoid so I guess you could say it's another one of my nightmares.

You were supposed to see a nice nighttime shot of the original Queen Elizabeth, parked in Long Beach, California but the good night shots were all out of focus. Bummer....
