Well there’s a surprise

We dragged our post Covid selves down to the allotment for the first time since before we went to Orkney. Lots of lovely weeds and even better Mr EAnn did lots of lovely weeding. The lettuce have bolted so I had better get some more started sharpish. The birds have had what was left of the black currants so I’m glad I picked the ones that were ripe 3 weeks ago when we were last down.
We cropped red currants and gooseberries and courgettes - one a mini marrow and the other this small football.
