Thanks for all the hearts for yesterday's Blip!  Much appreciated!

Ivy can do a lot of damage to walls and if it is not removed properly it can do even more damage!  I worry about the walled garden on Gillies Hill.  It is being repaired but I don't know if the right people have been consulted to ensure it is structurally sound...  There are invasive trees that may have disturbed the foundations, no cope stone to protect the inside of the wall, missing bricks and pointing and lots of vegetation growing in the wall!

It's been hot again today but muggy and cloudy rather than sunny here.  We did get an afternoon dog walk though as it was a bit cooler than the last 2 days!  This weather makes me a tad crabbit!
