Tree is not long for this world

Someone in a neighborhood group pointed out a few days ago that this large oak is slowly falling down. I imagine someone called the city because when I got there, I saw a pickup with a tree name drive away from the site. These cones are new. This tree is really leaning.

I'll come by again after it's fallen or is cut down.
