Upside Down....

who fancies a go then?!! Not me that's for sure!! But the thousands of school children who were arriving on coaches along Southend  Seafront this morning were happily lined up to take their turn!! Crazy fools!!  It swings like a pendulum and you're sat in there with your legs dangling....it's called Axis  and here's a link if you want to see it in action 

So another scorching day, supposedly cooler, but more sunshine around so it feels warmer!! A quick trip to Southend as we were hoping it was a little cooler by the coast - we had a walk in the cliff gardens which are shaded so had a nice breeze in there before stopping for an early bite to eat - no cup of tea today, but a nice cold drink instead!
