Reading material.

I don’t often get time to read, or the inclination - my mind finds it difficult to stay in one place these days. I looked this book out for work purposes and I’ve managed a couple of chapters.

A hot day - possibly hotter than yesterday. The only time to run was midday, which was hideous, but I’m still wearing my 2022 running streak crown.

My sister and my nephew have their birthdays today. There are lots of birthdays in July - it’s an expensive month.
